    Good for travel.

    Handy laptop. Light weight, good features. However, battery life is only a couple of hours (not a big deal for me) and it's a little slow. I would get an i5 processor next time.

    I love it

    I like the fact that it's lightweight and supper slim, I was looking for a 13.3" slim laptop and for this price, you can't find any good quality laptop brand. Luckily I found this Acer S3 and it does the job well with enough storage, the SSD and 4GB ram, it makes browsing or MS office work (word/excel, etc.) really easy. I instantly upgraded to windows 10 for free and it made it a whole new experience. **make sure you activate windows 8 that came with it before upgrading though. the battery is not so much, it last a good 1.5 hours unplugged, but again, it does the job well being this slim and light I do not recommend this for kids or even school work, it's so delicate, only for adults, college students, and travelers for sure!

    Slim easy laptop

    Decent 1080p IPS screen Fairly slim and light Metal body In practical terms, the Acer Aspire S3 is very good. It weighs 1.55kg and is 17.8mm thick at its thickest point. The S3 doesn't match the thinnest or lightest of Ultrabooks, but a couple of deliberate design choices prohibit that from being remotely possible.

    The only way that the battery will last in this is to turn down the brightness all the way the over all laptop is good if you are doing light browsing and multi tasking.

    Great bang for the buck

    I bought this computer for a replacement for a Lenovo - U300. So far it is is holding up good. There are some things I wish it had like a touchscreen and a better mouse pad but it will do for this price point!
